The BUYER agrees to purchase the above named & registered DOG for the price of $300.00
(Three hundred dollars and zero cents).
01. The BUYER agrees to take the DOG for 30 days and make every effort for the DOG to
adjust to the BUYER’s home. If after the 30 day period, the BUYER decides that the DOG is
not suitable for the BUYER, the BUYER may return the DOG (along with all registration papers
and vet records) within 60 days to the SELLERS at the BUYER’s expense for a refund of the
purchase price ($300.00).
If for any reason the BUYER is unable or unwilling to care for the DOG after 90 days, the
BUYER agrees to return the DOG to the SELLERS at the BUYER’s expense and no cost to the
SELLERS. The BUYER, BUYER’s family, nor the BUYER’s estate/executors may ever sell, lease,
or give this DOG to anyone besides the SELLERS without a written and signed agreement
from the SELLERS. Failure to abide by this is a breach of contract. There will be no refunds.
This DOG can NOT be euthanized unless a medical emergency prevails without the written
and signed permission of the SELLERS.
02. The BUYER assumes all responsibility for the DOG’s health, anatomical makeup,
conformation & temperament after 90 days.
03. The BUYER agrees to provide acceptable health care, shelter, training, diet, & exercise for
the DOG in accordance with the BUYER’s local, state, & national laws.
04. The SELLERS shall not be held responsible for the development of any disqualifying
faults, diseases, injuries, behaviors, or disorders which are due to the BUYER’s negligence.
05. The SELLERS shall not be held responsible for acts of the DOG which are due to the
BUYER’s negligence.
This is a legally binding contract controlled by the laws of South Carolina. It is agreed that
shall there be any disagreements between the two parties that it will be settled in Berkeley
County, South Carolina. Oral modifications to this contract shall not be permitted. In the
event that the parties agree to additional terms, these terms shall be reduced to writing,
signed by both parties, and attached.
