The BUYER agrees to purchase the above named & registered PUPPY for the price of $800.00. The BUYER
understands that this PUPPY is not to be used for breeding and that the PUPPY has been spayed/neutered by
a licensed veterinarian of the BREEDERS choosing.
01. The BREEDERS guarantee this PUPPY to be in good health at the time of sale.
02. The BUYER agrees to take the PUPPY to a licensed veterinarian of the BUYER’s choosing and at the
BUYER’s expense within 7 days of the date of sale for a health examination. Proof of such examination must
be received by the BREEDERS within 14 days of the date of sale.
03. If the PUPPY is found to be other than healthy by the BUYER’s veterinarian upon it’s first examination,
the BREEDERS must be notified by phone within 48 hours of the examination and the PUPPY returned to the
BREEDERS immediately at the BUYER’s expense and the purchase price will be refunded. The deadline for
this refund is 7 days from the date of sale.
04. The BREEDERS guarantee the PUPPY to be free of all life threatening hereditary defects or any
hereditary defect which cause the PUPPY to be unsuitable as a pet to the BUYER. This guarantee shall apply
for a period of 26 months (2 years) from the date of purchase. A certified veterinarian must verify, in
writing, any such claim of hereditary defects. The BREEDERS reserve the right to get a second opinion from a
certified veterinarian or breeder of the BREEDERS’ choice. Once the health of the PUPPY has been
determined, the BREEDERS will make the final decision as to the disposition of the PUPPY. Once the
BREEDERS’ choice of disposition of the PUPPY has been completed, the BREEDERS will provide a replacement
PUPPY of the BREEDERS choice from a future litter bred by the BREEDERS. The BUYER will be responsible for
the cost of transportation for the replacement PUPPY. There will be no refunds of the purchase price.
05. If for any reason on the BUYER’s part (excluding hereditary defects), the BUYER is unable to keep or
take proper care of the PUPPY, the BUYER agrees to return the PUPPY to the BREEDERS at the BUYER’s
expense along with signed registration papers and health records AT NO COST to the BREEDERS. The BUYER,
the BUYER’s family, nor the BUYER’s estate/executors may ever sell, lease, or give this PUPPY to anyone
besides the BREEDERS without a written and signed agreement from the BREEDERS. Failure to abide by this
is a breach of contract. There will be no refunds. This PUPPY can NOT be euthanized unless a medical
emergency prevails without the written and signed permission of the BREEDERS.
06. The BUYER agrees to provide acceptable health care, shelter, training, diet, & exercise for the PUPPY in
accordance with the BUYER’s local, state, & national laws.
07. The BREEDERS do not guarantee the size or anatomical makeup of the PUPPY at maturity. After the date
of purchase the BUYER assumes all responsibility for the size and anatomical makeup of the PUPPY.
08. The BREEDERS shall not be held responsible for the development of any disqualifying faults, diseases,
injuries, behaviors, or disorders which are due to the BUYER’s negligence.
09. The BREEDERS shall not be held responsible for acts of the PUPPY which are due to the BUYER’s
negligence.
10. The BUYER agrees to send pictures and updates of the PUPPY to the BREEDERS at regular intervals so
that the BREEDERS can see how the PUPPY matures.
11. The BUYER agrees to notify the BREEDERS of any changes of address during the PUPPY’s lifetime.
12. The BUYER agrees to register the PUPPY in the BUYER’s name and at the BUYER’s expense within 90
days of the date of sale.
13. The BREEDERS strongly recommend that the BUYER attend obedience classes with the PUPPY and
provide the PUPPY with proper socialization opportunities.
14. The BUYER agrees that the PUPPY will reside at their home and will be an integral part of the family. The
PUPPY will not be kept tied, tethered, chained, or otherwise abused. The PUPPY will be kept in a fenced
yard. This PUPPY is NOT sold as a kennel dog, and will not live in a full time kennel; the BUYER must not at
any time transport the PUPPY in a open cargo area of a vehicle. The BUYER will never use this dog for any
illegal activities including, but not limited to dog fighting. Failure of any of the above is a breach of contract.
15. The BUYER agrees to make contact with Homeagain (1-888-466-3242) and register the PUPPY’s
microchip number into their name immediately after acquiring the PUPPY.
16. The BUYER agrees that the PUPPY will not be jumped (worked regularly in training to jump for any
reason) prior to 14 months of age.

Incentive Program
The BREEDERS hereby offer the following rebates to the BUYER for training the PUPPY and attaining
recognized AKC or UKC titles in accordance with the following schedule:
- Passing a temperament test (AKC Canine Good Citizen, AKC Star Puppy, or UKC temperament test) $25
- Obedience, Agility, Tracking, or Rally titles: AKC Companion Dog (CD), AKC Novice Agility (NA),
AKC Novice Agility Jumper (NAJ), AKC Open Agility (OA), AKC Open Agility Jumper (OAJ),
AKC Rally Novice (RN), AKC Tracking Dog (TD), AKC Utility Dog (UD),
UKC United Agility Champion (AC), UKC United Companion Dog (CD),
UKC: United Obedience Champion (OC), UKC: United Rally Obedience Champion (UROC) $50
Copies of the certificate(s) along with a picture must be sent to the BREEDERS and may be used in any
advertising. Payments will be made as a personal check made out to the BUYER. No PUPPY may earn more
than $100 in the Incentive Program during their lifetime from the BREEDERS.
All other requirements of this contract at the time the PUPPY earns a title must be met in order to earn
rebates. The BREEDERS have a period of 30 days after receiving the certificate and photo to send the BUYER
their rebate check.

17. Should the BUYER violate ANY part of this contract, the BREEDERS may choose to take one of the
following actions:
- Choose to be relived of all liability and void this contract. This contract would then become null & void.
- Choose to repossess the PUPPY, with the BUYER paying for all court costs, transportation (of PUPPY,
BREEDERS, & attorneys), all other expenses related to the repossession, and damages as described in
the next paragraph.
If the BREEDERS repossess the PUPPY and the BUYER has violated any part of this contract, the BUYER fully
agrees to pay the BREEDERS $5,000 (Five Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents) in damages upon written
demand from the BREEDERS. It is agreed that this amount shall be binding upon the BUYER.
This is a legally binding contract controlled by the laws of South Carolina. It is agreed that shall there be any
disagreements between the two parties that it will be settled in Berkeley County, South Carolina. Oral
modifications to this contract shall not be permitted. In the event that the parties agree to additional terms,
these terms shall be reduced to writing, signed by both parties, and attached.
